Sausage Biscuit Gravy Egg Bake

This spin on the traditional sausage biscuit and gravy meal is one you do NOT want to miss. This turned out so good and is so flavorful. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook vegetables and brown sausage. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Cut biscuits in 1/4ths and layer on, put meat and vegetable mixture in, followed by cheese and then eggs. Cook for 30 minutes. Prepare gravy and add once done cooking. Let cool. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. maple sausage
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 diced white onion
  • 1/2 pack of bacon
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Southern homestyle Pillsbury biscuits
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Packet of country gravy
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion Powder
  • J&D's Bacon Salt
  • Oil
  • Cooking Spray
