  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 cups finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. J&D's Peppered Bacon Salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Rinse and remove the outer leaves, trim the ends, and cut Brussels sprouts in half.
  2. Mix parmesan cheese, J&D's Peppered Bacon Salt, and butter together. Leave a small amount of butter to the side.
  3. Evenly spread the mixture out onto a sheet pan.
  4. Lay Brussels sprouts cut side down, and brush tops with the remaining butter.
  5. Place in oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until desired crispy. Enjoy!


Notes: Feel free to top with finely diced onions or bacon bits!
